Live Animal Shipping Info
All live animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight to ensure safe and timely delivery.
We ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
All animals come with a live arrival guarantee. Please review our shipping policy for full details.
Always quarantine new animals for 30-60 days before introducing them to your collection. Monitor for signs of illness and consult a reptile veterinarian if needed.

At just 18 years old, I picked up a 3D printer and taught myself CAD from the ground up. What started as a personal mission to create perfect supplies for my own reptile collection quickly became something bigger. Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Dry Goods: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Live Animals: Live animal orders follow a separate expedited shipping policy. Please see our Overnight Hub to Hub Reptile Shipping section for details on live animal shipments.

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. These estimates apply to dry goods only.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier's system.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Damages & Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Flat Rate: $65 for overnight hub to hub delivery
What is Hub to Hub Shipping? Hub to hub shipping means your package travels directly between FedEx or UPS hub locations, bypassing local sorting facilities. This direct routing ensures faster overnight delivery and significantly reduces transit time and stress on your animal. Your reptile arrives refreshed and ready to settle into their new home.
Scheduling Requirements
To ensure the best care for your reptile during transit, all reptile shipments must be scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday only. This policy prevents your animal from being held at a facility over the weekend, minimizing stress and ensuring prompt delivery.
Weather Policy
The safety of your reptile is our top priority. All reptile shipments are weather permitting. We reserve the right to delay or reschedule shipments if temperatures are too extreme—either too hot or too cold—to ensure the safe arrival of your animal. We'll work with you to find the best shipping window for optimal conditions.
